Time to activate with internet money

 Its a long time since my last blog post about anything, but this will change. At the moment I write my thesis work and soon my I should graduate from university. Now I have more time to focus on these online projects what I left behind. Im still really deep in investing but nowadays I have moved to more safetier and reliable platforms like dividend investing and less into cryptos. I still have Binance staking going strong and also Pancaceswap 1 year contract and I will open those later.  Lets check hows my DRIP plan is going these days. There is a lot of changes and you should forget all the later updates.  There is my next three months from my more riskier Degiro account. I will release stock symbols later.  This another three months is from my main account. It's doing really strong and growing steadily.  I hope I can keep this blog updated more regularly in the future.  XOXO Esir

My monthly dividends

Monthly is almost over and it's time to count dividends. My first goal is reaching 50$ per month from monthly dividends stocks. Currently I own Whitestone REIT and AGNC Investment Corporation. Those are paying me 10,95$+11,2$=22,15$ per month. I will really soon reach my first goal. 

Second goal is buy some quarterly paying stocks like New Residential INV Reit until I get every month over 100$. Next week I will buy some new stocks but haven't decided yet which company. 
Currently My quarter stocks are paying January, April, July and October 57,5$ so I might start looking some stocks which are paying Febr, may, Aug and Nov. 

I have also started studying P2P loan platforms and I might invest there soon but only little amounts.

42,5$ under from JAJO stocks and 100$ from the rest.

December 18 Monthly report

December is gone and year has changed so now it's time to report incomes. At first lets check the goals. My main goal was to begin investing in stocks and build my IM sources to that point that I can resign from dayjob. - Now FULLTIME Internet enterpreneur - Made first dividend investments DECEMBER INCOMES Youtube Over 2k so I can't complain. This month I made over 10 new videos. I already know that January will be hard for youtubers so better save some money. CRYPTOS Got little bit over 4€ from old mining contracts. Nothing to report here before btc value starts improving again. DIVIDENDS At December we got 6.8 dollars in dividends from two different companies. I believe this amount will rise really fast. WHAT NEXT Next post will be goals for this year. After that I will start to blog once in a week. It's huge change but I want to do it to keep my focus in business and investing. HAPPY NEW YEAR

I don't tell you yet where we are at this point but I tell you what I have found and it's DRIP square DRIP.  Crypto markets offers at the moment amazing APY's.
