Hi and sorry for long break after last post. I have been working like maniac to reach my dreams. Like I told you before I have been buying dividends long time. I don't tell you yet where we are at this point but I tell you what I have found and it's DRIP square DRIP.  Crypto markets offers at the moment amazing APY's. For example I have used Binance for my crypto portfolio and one coin what I'm holding is MATIC and now Binance offers 43% interest for your holdings if you lock them for 15 days. That means you are getting 0,11% daily interest and you can reinvest daily if your holdings are big enough to get at least 1 coin daily.  I have been doing this for a while with few of my portfolio coins and it's really amazing. Monthly is almost over and it's time to count dividends. My first goal is reaching 50$ per month from monthly dividends stocks. Currently I own Whitestone REIT and AGNC Investment Corporation. Those are paying me 10,95$+11,2$=22,15$ per month. I will really soon reach my first goal.  Second goal is buy some quarterly paying stocks like New Residential INV Reit until I get every month over 100$. Next week I will buy some new stocks but haven't decided yet which company.  Currently My quarter stocks are paying January, April, July and October 57,5$ so I might start looking some stocks which are paying Febr, may, Aug and Nov.  I have also started studying P2P loan platforms and I might invest there soon but only little amounts.  JULY DIVIDENDS 79,65$  GOAL 1  27,85$ under GOAL 2 42,5$ under from JAJO stocks and 100$ from the rest. 

Hi again after really long time. I decided to delete all the old posts about crypots because I don't want people to try those services anymore. I'm still working online everyday and building my dividend portfolio. My Youtube projet lost adsense rights after Artikla 13 so I lost a big part of my monthly incomes. Now planning new shit and building new income sources to different platforms. ATM testing p2p lending programs and I will start telling about them if there is still some profit to make. December is gone and year has changed so now it's time to report incomes. At first lets check the goals. My main goal was to begin investing in stocks and build my IM sources to that point that I can resign from dayjob. - Now FULLTIME Internet enterpreneur - Made first dividend investments DECEMBER INCOMES Youtube Over 2k so I can't complain. This month I made over 10 new videos. I already know that January will be hard for youtubers so better save some money. CRYPTOS Got little bit over 4€ from old mining contracts. Nothing to report here before btc value starts improving again. DIVIDENDS At December we got 6.8 dollars in dividends from two different companies. I believe this amount will rise really fast. WHAT NEXT Next post will be goals for this year. After that I will start to blog once in a week. It's huge change but I want to do it to keep my focus in business and investing. HAPPY NEW YEAR
